Mail Sack

Thanksgiving is like the Hump Day of holidays. Now that we’ve cleared it, we’re rolling downhill toward the wild weekend of Christmas and New Year’s. Which means it’s currently the Thursday of holidays, I guess. Anything good on TV?

Gordian Algebra has been rolling downhill for several weeks now. A solid month stuck in a dream sequence. Quite the stroke of artistic derring-do. In the meantime I’ve received a pile of emails. For the sake of brevity, I’m only going to post my responses to some of them here. Those who asked the questions will know who they are.

- Thank you. I think.

- I disagree. I look much better than Alanis Morissette in the nude.

- Vagina dentata. Unquestionably.

- My oldest son turns nine this month. He’s an aspiring cartoonist himself, presently hard at work on the adventure epic Attack of the Chairs. Sometimes I explain more than I expect him to understand. Sometimes I just make sure he doesn’t see the site for a couple of days. (One day I may have to forbid him from reading the strip entirely.)

- I did letter one strip specifically in Comic Sans. I didn’t upload it though. Not because of the font, but because the gag was more creepy than funny.

- Gary Trudeau. Go figure.

- No. Bastard.

Keep those electric-letters a’coming!
